REGAN CHERNA

Regan joined Julia Amory after spending more than five years at SoulCycle where she oversaw studios and teams in Westchester County, the Hamptons and New York City. She worked her way up to become the Studio Manager of the flagship location in the West Village where she was a key liaison between studio teams and headquarters. Regan earned her BA in Political Science from Trinity College (CT) where she also served as captain of the tennis team her senior year. In her free time, you can find her riding her horse or playing with her two dogs, Peggy and Honey.

HILLARY HOYT

Hillary serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Julia Amory. Prior to joining the Company, Hillary spent five years with executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles, focusing on recruiting CEO and CFOs in the consumer sector. She began her career at the Gerson Lehrman Group where she worked with the firm’s private equity clients. Hillary earned her BA in History from Trinity College (CT), where she played tennis and served as the team’s captain her senior year.

SARA ELMORE

Sara joined the Julia Amory team after spending 4 years with Lilly Pulitzer where she worked her way up to become the Store Manager of their flagship location in Palm Beach. Sara is a Florida native & earned her BS in Hospitality from The University of Florida. In her free time you can find her reading a book, scheming up her next dinner party tablescape, or going for a long walk with her husband Nick & their labrador Murphy.
