Store Manager Dallas, TX / Full Time

Julia Amory is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team in Dallas, TX. You will own the entire in-store experience, including sales performance, clienteling, inventory management, visual merchandising, facility maintenance, daily operations, and brand representation. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Julia Amory brand and excited to continue growing our presence in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruit and hire high-quality sales associates across all levels.
  • Drive associate growth and performance through structured training, mentorship, and coaching.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and address employee performance issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business needs and manage payroll for all store employees.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and service-oriented culture.
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for customer service, sales, and operational excellence.

Sales & Business Performance

  • Own store sales performance and achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals, including plans to drive sales during slower periods.
  • Monitor and analyze key retail metrics, including:
  • Conversion Rate
  • Average Transaction Value (ATV)
  • Units per Transaction (UPT)
  • Client Retention Rate
  • Oversee all inventory management. Partner with corporate on replenishment of best sellers while continuously assessing inventory levels of all products.
  • Execute and manage in-store events.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and confidently handle customer questions and concerns.

Clienteling & Customer Service Expectations

  • Lead by example on the sales floor, playing an active role in client engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top clients through personalized outreach.
  • Maintain a robust client book and consistently execute follow-up communication.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the corporate team.
  • Deliver an elevated customer experience while embodying the Julia Amory brand with confidence and authenticity.
  • Approach challenges proactively with professionalism and sound independent judgment.
  • Create a welcoming shopping environment that reflects Julia Amory's values and standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of luxury retail experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail store management experience.
  • Proficiency with inventory planning and management.
  • Expertise with POS and retail reporting systems.
  • Skilled in visual merchandising standards and execution.
  • Experience hosting events and community engagement initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to own projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to thrive in a small-team environment.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25–30 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Employment Classification
