Domestic Return Policy

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are for store credit or merchandise exchange only.
  • We ask that you please be mindful of the condition of your return. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or undamaged, with tags still intact.  
  • All items bought on sale or with a promo code are final sale only (including dress and pajamas).
  • All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • We do not price adjust
  • A flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your store credit/exchange to cover the cost of returning the product.

On Sale Purchases Are Not Eligible For Return or Exchange

  • Products purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products purchased with a promo code cannot be returned or exchanged. 

International Return Policy

All international purchases placed through Passport Global are final sale and non-returnable.

Exchange/Store Credit Processing Time

In order to have your store credit initiated or exchange sent out, you must email returns@juliaamory.com confirmation of the return shipment. 

Defective Items

Please email returns@juliaamory.com with pictures of the damage, and we will work with you on a replacement. 


*If you are concerned about fading it is advised to dry clean after the first use to "set color" and then proceed with standard washing practice. As block print is hand dyed there is some degree of fading expected. We cannot accept returns that have been washed.*
