DOMESTIC RETURNS

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are for Store Credit or Merchandise Exchange only. Some customers may be offered Instant Credit, which offers the option to buy something new without having to wait for the returned item(s) to process.
  • We ask that you please be mindful of the condition of your return. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or undamaged, with tags still intact.  
  • All items bought on sale or with a promo code are final sale only (including dresses and pajamas).
  • All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • We do not price adjust.
  • A flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your store credit/exchange to cover the cost of returning the product. 
  • Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. An order can be cancelled before it has shipped, however there will still be a $10 cancellation & processing fee. 

INSTANT CREDIT

  • While processing a return via the Returns Center, you may be offered an Instant Credit code along with a prepaid shipping label. If you do receive a code, you can use this Credit to buy something new without having to wait for your return to process to offer you store credit. Once we receive your original item(s), we'll deactivate any unused Credit. If your credit has been deactivated, please email customerservice@juliaamory.com to be issued a new code for store credit in the amount of the item(s) you are returning.
  • The Instant Credit code is used at checkout, similar to a gift card. The Credit amount will be for the amount of the items being returned. If you use Credit and the price of the new order is less than your Credit amount, you will need to email customerservice@juliaamory.com to be issued a new code for the difference in amount of the item(s) you are returning.
     

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

All international purchases placed through Passport Global are final sale and non-returnable.
 


DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please email customereservice@juliaamory.com with pictures of the damage, and we will work with you on a replacement.  


*If you are concerned about fading it is advised to dry clean after the first use to "set color" and then proceed with standard washing practice. As block print is hand dyed there is some degree of fading expected. We cannot accept returns that have been washed.*
