- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns are for Store Credit or Merchandise Exchange only.
- We ask that you please be mindful of the condition of your return. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or undamaged, with tags still intact.
- All items bought on sale or with a promo code are final sale only.
- All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not price adjust.
- Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled (*excluding pre-ordered items, see note below). An order can be cancelled before it has shipped, however there will still be a $10 cancellation & processing fee.
- *Pre-Ordered items can be cancelled within three business days of purchase. After three business days, a pre-ordered item may be exchanged for store credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICYAll international purchases placed through Passport Global are final sale and non-returnable.
