Return Policy
Our team strives for complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with any product, please read our returns policy and click the link below to start your return:
DOMESTIC RETURNS
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns are for Store Credit or Merchandise Exchange only.
- We ask that you please be mindful of the condition of your return. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or undamaged, with tags still intact.
- Items considered as "Final Sale" are those that are permanently reduced on the website and/or items purchased during site-wide promotions. Promo codes received for email & text subscriptions are excluded.
- All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not price adjust.
- Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled (*excluding pre-ordered items, see note below). An order can be cancelled before it has shipped, however there will still be a $10 cancellation & processing fee.
- *Pre-Ordered items can be cancelled within three business days of purchase. After three business days, a pre-ordered item may be exchanged for store credit.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Purchases made in store or online on or after November 1, 2024 are eligible for exchange or store credit if returned by January 15, 2025
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
All full price international purchases are eligible for return to store credit within 30 days of delivery however the customer is responsible for the return postage. International orders are not eligible for exchange.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please email customerservice@juliaamory.com with pictures of the damage, and we will work with you on a replacement.
We cannot accept returns that have been washed.
